At the March 27th Organization Meeting, held at the Cheyenne Library and widely publicized, we did not have sufficient participation to select a new officer slate, nor enough potential board members to form a board large enough to meet the requirements of the Colorado NonProfit Corporation Act. Therefore the acting Secretary filed the Articles of Dissolution on 4-6-2016 with an effective date of May 30, 2018.
