Application for Variance and Public Hearing Regarding 28 Polo Drive 


The City has received land use applications concerning property in your area. The Council of Neighbors and Organizations (CONO) complements the City's required notification procedures with emails to those who live/manage in proximity to the property, if we have those email addresses.

The applications (3) concern property at 28 Polo Dr. (map link), north of the intersection of Polo Circle and Polo Drive, in southwestern Colorado Springs.
  • In application "AR PFP 17-00122", the applicant seeks approval of a preliminary and final plat to create two Lots.  The application materials mention that the existing home would be demolished, likely being replaced by new homes on each lot.
  • In application "AR NV 17-00123", the applicant seeks a nonuse variance to allow two 19k sqft lots where 20k sqft lots are required.
  • In application "AR NV 17-00124", the applicant seeks a nonuse variance to allow 67' and 59' lot widths on the rear property line where 100' is required.

PLEASE NOTE the public neighborhood meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 at 5:30 pm, at The Feast of St. Arnold Church of Our Saviour Episopal Church, 8 Fourth Street.  The meeting will be in the nave of the church.
